How to Invite Clients to Their Dedicated Portal

Onboard client contacts with unlimited free guest accounts, send welcome emails, and set portal visibility controls.

Overview

Clients never pay for seat licenses in CRDPay. You can invite unlimited stakeholder contacts to their dedicated private portal at zero added cost.

Instructions

  1. Go to Clients → Select Client Account.
  2. Click the Client Contacts tab and choose Add Contact.
  3. Enter their full name, corporate email address, and job title (e.g., VP of Marketing).
  4. Enable Client Portal Access toggle.
  5. Click Send Portal Invitation.
