How to Share Deliverables and Request Client Approval

Publish design proofs, copy decks, and staging links to the client portal with one-click approval workflows.

Overview

Accelerate sign-off velocity by publishing finished deliverables directly into the client review queue with immutable cryptographic timestamps.

Instructions

  1. Inside your active project, navigate to Deliverables → Upload Deliverable.
  2. Select the file (PNG, JPG, PDF) or paste a live Figma / Staging URL.
  3. Add version notes (e.g., Version 2.0 with updated checkout flow).
  4. Click Publish for Client Review.
  5. Your client receives an email notification with a direct link to review and sign off.
