How to Configure a Custom CNAME Domain and SSL

Point your custom agency subdomain (e.g., portal.agency.com) to CRDPay with automated SSL certificate provisioning.

Overview

On Agency and Enterprise tiers, you can host client portals entirely under your own domain with zero CRDPay branding.

DNS Configuration Steps

  1. Log into your domain DNS provider (e.g., Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap).
  2. Create a new CNAME Record:
    • Host / Name: portal (or your chosen subdomain).
    • Target / Value: cname.crdpay.com.
    • TTL: Auto or 300 seconds.
  3. Return to CRDPay Workspace Settings → Custom Domain and enter your hostname.
  4. Click Verify & Provision SSL. Automated SSL certificates typically issue within 10 to 30 minutes.
