How to Configure Agency Profile and Branding

Customize your agency brand colors, upload high-resolution vector logos, set favicons, and configure portal appearance.

CRDPay allows agency owners to transform the default interface into a bespoke, branded portal that reflects your agency design identity.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings → Branding & Appearance.
  2. Upload Your Agency Logo: Provide a transparent SVG or PNG logo (recommended dimensions: 240x60px).
  3. Set Brand Accent Colors: Select your Primary Brand Color and Secondary Accent using the hex color picker. These colors dynamically style navigation buttons, progress rings, and active tags.
  4. Configure Favicon: Upload a 32x32px PNG favicon.
  5. Click Save Changes to apply your custom brand system immediately across all client and team screens.
